How London Jackpot Board collects, uses and protects information when you visit this site.
Last updated: June 2026
Who is the data controller
London Jackpot Board, the publisher of this comparison site, is the data controller for personal information you submit through this website. Contact: privacy@londonjackpotboard.com.
What we collect
- Site analytics: aggregate, anonymised statistics about pages visited, country-level location and device type.
- Forms: the name, email and message you choose to send through the contact form.
- Cookies and storage: a small preference flag for the cookie banner, stored locally in your browser.
What we do not collect
We do not run gambling accounts, so we do not collect identity documents, payment details, betting history, or any of the data a casino operator would hold about its customers. Any account information lives with the operator you sign up with.
Why we use it
- To run and improve the website (legitimate interest).
- To respond to questions you send through the contact form (consent and legitimate interest).
- To honour your cookie preference (consent).
Affiliate tracking
When you click an outbound CTA, the destination operator may set its own cookies and tracking identifiers under its own privacy policy. We recommend reading the operator's policy on its own site.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@londonjackpotboard.com.
Retention
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing conversation requires otherwise. Aggregate analytics is retained for up to 26 months.
Changes
If we update this policy, the date above will change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.
